Churros with Chocolate Sauce
I usually demand a churro on Cinco De Mayo and I'm sure many of you do too. Good thing this video is up a week beforehand, so you can be completely prepared to make this recipe. If you think Costco churros are good, then you're in for a big surprise. You'll never want one of those again after stuffing your face with these straight from the fryer.
Churro recipes are very similar to Eclairs, but instead of baked, it's friend. Genius. The best part is the cinnamon and sugar it is rolled in. I make sure to get every little crevice covered!
You can make these in any shape or size you would like. It's also fun to make these into little bite sized churros. This can be very dangerous and I would probably end up eating them like popcorn.
