The long holiday weekend has come to an end and I'm one of the 5 people at work this week before New Years. It's the last week before everyone's diet starts, so why not load up on carbs and get sick of it before you eliminate it from your life? In case you're wondering, I don't eliminate carbs, ever. I don't think its possible for me to make that drastic of a change in my life. My siblings are always doing the ketosis diet, where they only eat protein and fats and eliminate all carbs including the ones in fruits and vegetables. I think they're insane and can't believe we come from the same gene pool. If only I had that will power!

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup warm water (90 degrees F)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
TOPPING
- 2 tablespoon molasses mixed with 3 tablespoon water
- 3/4 cup sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
- In your stand mixer bowl, combine your water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 8-10 minutes or until you start seeing bubbles form on top. This means your yeast is activating.
- Add in your oil, flour, salt in that order. With your hook attachment, mix on medium speed for 7-9 minutes. If you don't have a mixer, knead with your hands for 10 minutes.
- Place in a lightly greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Put it in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours or until it doubles in size
- Punch down your dough and divide it into 4 equal sized pieces. Take each piece and roll it out into a long rope. Fold the rope in half and twist both side of the rope, join the two ends together and press the ends firmly to seal
